The week before units go live several items will need to be completed to ensure that potential students will be able to see and register for courses. 


Meeting with Enrollment Services

All branch administrators will need to meet one-on-one with Assistant Director, Dalynn Knigge during this week to complete the last minute set up within ANCOR. Contact Dalynn Knigge at

Units will need to bring over all outstanding financials from their database and place the outstanding balance due within the student notes record. Users will have a total of three (3) months to move outstanding issues to ANCOR.

Publish to web

All sections will need to updated and "published" to the web to ensure that students can see and register for courses.


Initial course sections and subsequent data should be reviewed before going live.
